Shipping & returns

What are the shipping costs?

We ship orders of more than € 45 without shipping costs. Orders under € 45 are shipped with a contribution of € 4.95. If it fits in the mailbox, then it's free.

What is the delivery time?

The next day is delivered from Monday to Friday for 23:59 hours.Orders made during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday. For shipments to Belgium it is 16:00

How does it work?

    • Place the order before 23:59.
    • Select the desired delivery in the shopping cart.
    • Fill in the ordering process as usual.
    • Finish your order, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
    • And that's all. Your package will be packaged and shipped.
    • Once the order has been sent you will receive an e-mail.

 

How can you send it back?

Still not satisfied with the product? This is unfortunate, you can return the product within 30 days.

For your purchases, a return period of 30 days applies after you have received the product. You can return it within this period.

How can I return or exchange a product?

  1. Registerhereon our site, no account yet? Then create an account with the email address you used to place the order.
  2. Then go to the order you want to return.
  3. Complete the online return form within 30 days of receipt or visit our store. Clearly indicate which solution you want.
  4. After 30 days you still have 5 days to return your product with the packaging in its original state.
  5. After registering your return, you will receive the instructions for returning within 48 hours during customer service hours.
  6. Always use sturdy packaging to return the product. A defective product is not accepted by us.
  7. Bring the package to a post office in your area and ensure sufficient postage. (return is at the customer's expense)
  8. At the post office you will receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the returned products. This is also your shipping receipt. As soon as the package is in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

If it is a large package that can not be shipped with the normal carrier, we can pick up the package. The cost of the collection depends on the format. (from € 25, -)

Note: returns are no longer possible after the cancellation period of 30 days.

 

Is it possible to bring a package to a pick-up point?

It is possible to have a package delivered at a collection point, below you can read how it works.

If the package has been sent with GLS you can choose a collection point afterwards. You can read how this works in the email you receive from GLS.
