Shipping & returns
What are the shipping costs?
We ship orders over €30 free of charge. Orders under €30 will be shipped with a contribution of €4.95.
What is the delivery time within the Netherlands?
Orders placed before 23:59 from Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed from 4 p.m. Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
How can you return it?
Are you not satisfied with a delivered product, or does it not fit? Almost all products can be returned. You can return the products within 30 days of delivery. However, if the product is used and/or damaged, unfortunately we cannot take it back.
How does the return work?
Returns are cheap and easy by following the steps through our return portal.

Choose the desired return arrangement: You can choose money back or store credit
Then choose how you want to return the package
Then print your return label
Pay attention:
If you have received something broken or damaged, please contact us first.
If your package is larger than 100x70x58cm, please contact us first.

What does the return cost?
The return costs are €5 per package* that you return. The return label of the carrier has been paid for by us, so you pay nothing more at the drop-off point. The costs to be paid will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the costs will be charged if you have chosen to pay afterwards. Returns from BE & DE cost €8 (other countries on request)
Prefer to label the package yourself? then don't use our label and use your own label.
* This service is only available for shipping boxes up to 100x70x58cm. If you do send a package that is larger, this may incur additional costs.
If it is a large package that cannot be shipped with the normal carrier, we can collect the package. The cost of the collection depends on the format. (from € 25, -)
Note: returns are no longer possible after the cancellation period of 30 days.
Is it possible to bring a package to a pick-up point?
It is possible to have a package delivered at a collection point, below you can read how it works.
If the package has been sent with GLS you can choose a collection point afterwards. You can read how this works in the email you receive from GLS.
