1.3. How can I return my order?
Still not satisfied with the product? That is annoying you can return the product within 30 days.
 
For your purchases, a cooling off period of 30 days applies after you have received the product. You can return it within this period.
 
How do I return or exchange a product?
 
Log in here on our site, no account yet? Then create an account with the e-mail address you used for the order.
Complete the online return form within 30 days of receipt or come to our store. State clearly which solution you want.
After the 30 days, you have another 5 days to return your product in its original condition with packaging.
After registering your return, you will receive the return instructions within 48 hours during customer service hours.
Always use a sturdy package to return the product. A broken product is not accepted by us.
Bring the package to a post office in your area.
At the drop point you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your returned products. This is also your shipping receipt. As soon as the package is in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation by mail.
Note: after the 30 day cooling off period it is no longer possible to return.
