How can I, as a business customer, pay by invoice with Billie?
Buy today and pay easily within 30 days. This way you can check the goods before you pay. This is how post-payment works:
Step 1:
Add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and select 'Buy on Account' with Billie as the payment method at checkout.
Step 2:
Fill in the required information. You will then see immediately whether your payment on invoice has been accepted. You do not need to register.
Step 3:
Billie will send you the payment information via email. You will also receive a reminder when it is time to pay.
After completing your purchase, you will also have access to your personal Billie customer portal. Here you can view, download and manage your invoices and change your payment method.
Do I have to pay for post-payment via Billie?
Business customers can pay by invoice for free. Buyers pay no fees if they select 'Pay by invoice' with 'Billie'.
How can I pay my outstanding invoice via Billie?
After you complete your purchase, you will receive all your payment details – including Billie bank transfer account details – via email. You will also get access to your personal Billie customer portal, where you can view all your Billie invoices and related payment information. You can also easily change the payment method from bank transfer to direct debit.
Where can I find my payment confirmation for payment by invoice via Billie?
You can view the status of your Billie invoices in your personal Billie customer portal. This is visible in the customer portal as soon as you have made a payment. Please note: It can take up to three business days for your payment to be processed. Only after your payment has been successful, the status of the corresponding invoice will be updated. Please contact Billie customer service if this process takes longer than three business days.
You may receive a payment reminder if you make your transfer shortly before or after the due date. After we receive the payment in our system, the payment reminder process will be automatically deactivated.
Why can't I use invoice payment via Billie?
If business customers choose to pay by invoice via Billie, a check is made to see if the order can be accepted for the requested amount. This check is not only based on general company data, such as address and company name, but mainly on payment history, invoice amount and – if applicable – external information from credit agencies. These factors determine whether a payment by invoice can be approved. If payment by invoice via Billie is not accepted, you must select another payment method to complete the order.
For self-employed persons or companies with a legal form that covers self-employment, it is not always possible to verify this with credit bureaus. In that case, you must enter your first and last name in the checkout window. This ensures real-time verification and only then can you continue to pay via Billie.
How do I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you by Billie after you have completed your purchase and we have shipped your items.
You will receive it together with the payment instructions by email to the email address you provided during the purchase.
You can also download it via the Billie customer portal.

After the purchase is completed, you will have access to your Billie customer portal. Here you can view and download all your Billie invoices. You can also change the payment method and give a direct debit authorization instead of paying your invoices via bank transfer.
I am a business customer and want to use 'purchase on account' via Billie. Why is my company name not displayed at checkout?
To verify your invoice payment, Billie compares the customer information you provided with data from Billie's credit bureaus. If Billie cannot match your customer information with our credit bureaus, your company name may not be displayed or a different name may be suggested in the checkout window.
