Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays and in stock will be shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on the country of destination. Within the Netherlands you can usually assume that it will be delivered within 24 hours.

Orders over €30,- are shipped for free. For orders under €30,- we charge a shipping fee of €4,95.

Shipping costs vary by country and order amount. Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.

Make sure the products are well and securely packed so they won't get damaged during transport. Add a note with your order number and reason for return, so we can process your return. (without order number your return will not be processed)

5. Exchange?

Would you like to receive another product? Then return the original item and place a new order via our webshop.

6. Disclaimer

Unfortunately, we cannot or can only partially reimburse returns of used, damaged or incomplete products . Is the product already defective or damaged upon receipt? Please contact our customer service first before returning it.

If an order cannot be delivered or is not picked up at a pick-up point and is subsequently returned to us, we will charge a minimum of €6.95 for the shipping and handling costs incurred. This amount may be higher depending on the type of shipment and the carrier.
