Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays and in stock are shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on the destination country. Within the Netherlands, you can generally expect it to be delivered within 24 hours.
Orders from €30 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €30, we charge a shipping fee of €4.95.

Please include your order number and, optionally, the reason for the return so we can process it quickly.
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days, including any standard shipping costs.
Would you like to receive a different product? Then return the original item and place a new order through our webshop.
Unfortunately, we cannot fully or partially refund returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products. Was the product already defective or damaged upon receipt? Please contact our customer service first before returning it.

If an order cannot be delivered or is not collected from a pickup point and is then returned to us, we charge at least €6.95 for the shipping and handling costs incurred. This amount may be higher depending on the type of shipment and the carrier.
