Natural wood sealer - New formula
A water-based colourless impregnating oil for all untreated or stained wood types. Provides optimum protection against water, oil and grease.
Shake bottle well before use and test product in an inconspicuous place for colour fastness and durability. Compare only after drying. Never apply to wet surfaces.
Sand the wood thoroughly beforehand and remove any dust or grease. Apply the oil undiluted and evenly using a brush or paint roller. Apply a second coat after drying. Multiple coats of Natural Wood Sealer increase the level of protection and gloss. Keep out of reach of children.
The new Natural Wood Sealer provides:
✓ Higher protection;
✓ An even more natural look;
✓ Easy and quick to apply.
✓ Suitable for all untreated types of wood!
Natural wood sealer is therefore not a maintenance product, but purely and simply a finishing product for untreated wood!
Natural woodsealer is a non-yellowing polyurethane oil that is suitable for the natural finishing/protection of all untreated types of wood (including teak, oak, etc.). Can be used on furniture, parquet and floorboards. Due to the high wear resistance and the good water-repellent/impregnating properties it is extremely suitable for (coffee) tables and parquet.
Consumption (guideline): ± 10 m2 / per litre. Shelf life: 2 years, if stored in a well-sealed container in a cool and dry place (frost-free).
Processing advice
Never use Natural Woodsealer on wet surfaces!!
Before use, sand the wood thoroughly and remove any dust and grease using, for example, Woodclean from Oranje BV.
Preferably apply the oil in rooms of approximately 15 - 20 degrees Celsius. Apply the oil layer undiluted with a brush or roller and remove the excess with a cloth. If after drying (approx. 3 hours, but this also depends on the ambient temperature, humidity and amount applied) it appears that the first layer has roughened the wood somewhat, then lightly sand the first layer (after drying for approx. 3 hours) with fine sandpaper (P240 to P360). Then apply the second layer according to the method mentioned above.
Tip!: Always apply at least 2 layers of oil to new wood. The more layers of Natural Woodsealer are applied, the more intense the gloss level of the surface will be, but the better the level of protection!
After-treatment/maintenance advice:
Use Matt Polish as a maintenance product (2 to 3 times a year).
